How can I book a reservation?

Is it possible to reserve a limousine for one hour?
No. We require a minimum hourly booking, typically 3 to 6 hours. Particular times of the year can be much busier, such as the spring. This increased demand can equate to longer hourly minimums.
Do you require a deposit?
All By the Hour reservations require a 50% deposit per vehicle, which is non-refundable, to guarantee the reservation. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your reservation date.
Will my deposit be credited to my balance of service?
What is the average cost to rent a limousine?
Rental costs vary based on a variety of considerations. The specific cost for your limousine rental will depend on some of the items listed below.
- Time of year (spring, summer, etc.)
- Type of vehicle (larger vehicles cost more)
- Day of week (weekends cost more, weekdays less)
- Distance traveled (longer travel times may be more expensive)
What credit cards do you accept?

How many people does your limousine hold?
Up to 10 passengers. Keep in mind, just because the limousines are legally permitted to fit 10 passengers doesn’t mean that it always can! 10 teenagers may fit perfectly for their prom, but 10 6-foot adults may not fit as comfortably in the same vehicle.
How far in advance do I need to book my reservation?
We suggest reservations be made at least 24-48 hours in advance depending upon availability, with at least a 4-hour minimum notice.
